However, you have a total of four weeks from the start of the course to book your in-person lesson. The length of this in-person session varies depending on the specific program you choose, allowing for flexibility to suit different learning needs and schedules.

In the Netherlands, wearing a helmet while cycling is not mandatory, so we do not provide them. However, you are welcome to bring your own helmet if you feel it's necessary for your safety and comfort during the lessons.

There's no age limit for our cycling courses! Everyone is welcome to join, no matter their age. However, if you're under 18, we'll need a signed letter from a parent agreeing to the terms and conditions.
